La partecipazione alle attività culturali dell’Associazione Culturale L’altra Roma è aperta a tutti ma subordinata alla disponibilità di posti.
Gli eventi culturali e le visite guidate a musei, mostre e aree archeologiche sono a numero limitato, secondo le indicazioni imposte dai singoli siti. Pertanto è sempre necessario effettuare la prenotazione anticipatamente (almeno 7–10 giorni lavorativi) per sé e per i propri ospiti, fornendo nome, cognome ed un recapito per ogni eventuale comunicazione.
I posti verranno assegnati in ordine di prenotazione e pagamento, salvo per gli eventi riservati esclusivamente ai soci.
L’iscrizione all’Associazione Culturale L’altra Roma potrà avvenire direttamente dal sito compilando il modulo predisposto e versando la quota associativa annuale.
Si richiede la massima puntualità. Ove non vengano rispettati gli orari indicati, si rischia di perdere la visita: il gruppo ha solitamente uno slot orario assegnato e non sarà possibile attendere oltre l’orario indicato come inizio visita eventuali ritardatari. Si consiglia di calcolare con cura i tempi per arrivare all’evento.

Qualora si preferisca effettuare un bonifico bancario, si potrà inviare una mail a eventi@laltraroma.com e, solo alla conferma della disponibilità dei posti richiesti, si potrà procedere con il pagamento sul seguente conto:

Le quote di partecipazione versate all’atto della prenotazione potranno essere restituite qualora il partecipante disdica l’attività ENTRO E NON OLTRE 5 GIORNI LAVORATIVI, ad ESCLUSIONE dell’importo dei biglietti di ingresso preacquistati CHE NON SONO IN ALCUN MODO RIMBORSABILI.
Ove i biglietti non siano nominativi, gli iscritti potranno cedere la loro quota di partecipazione e biglietti ad amici e parenti pagando eventuali differenze, ove vi siano maggiorazioni.
I partecipanti agli eventi sono direttamente e personalmente responsabili per eventuali danni provocati a persone o cose; l’Associazione Culturale L’altra Roma declina pertanto ogni tipo di responsabilità.
L’altra Roma declina inoltre ogni responsabilità per i danni che i partecipanti potrebbero subire durante le attività svolte legate alla logistica (condizioni delle strade, salita e discesa di scale, rampe, accesso ai siti e condizioni degli stessi) e alle condizioni meteorologiche.
N.B. Le attività potranno subire variazioni o cancellazioni per cause di forza maggiore quali scioperi, manifestazioni o limitazioni all’accesso del centro storico, chiusura straordinaria dei siti senza preavviso, calamità naturali e pandemie. In tali casi i partecipanti verranno avvertiti sollecitamente ma non avranno alcun diritto al rimborso delle quote versate.
